Is your product packaging recyclable?
Not only that, our product tubs are fully biodegradable, 100% plastic free and vegan. Once finished, pop it into your food waste or compost bin and let the microbes take care of the rest.
Where are your products made?
All of our products and packaging are manufactured in the UK, supporting our commitment to the planet.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Once your order has shipped, you’ll retrieve your tracking information.
For all orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday, excluding official public holidays) we’ll aim to dispatch the same day. Any orders made after 3pm orders will be dispatched the following working day.
We offer two delivery options: Express (1-3 days), or Standard (2-4 days)
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURNS PROCESS?
Only products purchased on www.groundandtamper.com are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, saleable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any additional postage charges.

Do you offer free postage?
Yes, we provide free shipping for all UK orders over £40.
Are coffee grounds safe to use?
Yes. We take the used coffee grounds through a process before incorporating into the product, meaning that they suitable for usage on the skin.
Will the coffee block my drain?
No. The amount of coffee grounds used within our products is not substantial enough to pose a threat to your drains. Rest assured, the coffee will decompose naturally.
